Charitable Giving

Premier Mobile Health Services’ mission is to make health care accessible for all with a focus on building health equity and promoting longevity.  We provide quality health care services to underserved and underinsured individuals of various races, ethnicities, religions, and lifestyles.  

Funding for our many diverse lifesaving programs comes primarily from private donations, faith-based and corporate contributions, cooperative partnerships, grants and the United Way of Lee County.  There are many ways you can help us continue our mission.

We couldn’t fulfill our mission without our volunteers. VOLUNTEER

UNRESTRICTED GIFTS

You can support the ongoing efforts of Premier Mobile Health Services through an unrestricted gift. We are not able to help those in need without support from our generous supporters.  This kind of donation gives you the knowledge that you have directly helped your neighbors and supported the programs which are the most in need at the time.  

You can also donate gifts to a specific program or area of giving. For example, you can support to a particular special event in the community such as our Back-To-School Health Fairs, Feed and Treat Event, Breakfast with Santa Event.  You could also make a monetary donation to purchase back to school supplies, backpacks, toiletries etc. 

ANNUAL GIVING

Planned giving allows donors to make a significant impact on those in need over an extended period of time. Benefits to planned giving include reducing your taxes while providing an ongoing stream of funding to the program of your choosing. One of the easiest ways to make an impact is to make a recurring pledge and contribute monthly, bimonthly, quarterly or annually.

OTHER GIFTS

Cash is the most common gift given to support the programs of Premier Mobile Health Services but there are variety of options available to potential donors. These include:

  • Real Estate
  • Gifts of Life Insurance and Annuity Proceeds
  • IRA and Roth IRAs
  • Appreciated Securities

Premier Mobile Health Services can work with your investment advisor and estate planning attorney to develop estate planning packages that may include bequests, charitable gift annuities and charitable remainder trusts.

MEMORIAL GIFTS, LEGACY GIFTS AND ESTATE PLANNING

A legacy is a donation to charity that is left in your Will. It’s also known as a bequest or gift. When someone leaves a legacy in their Will, it’s a very special gift. Planned giving enables you to make large, meaningful gifts to Premier Mobile Health Services while leaving a unique legacy of continued care to the many underserved and uninsured in our area. 

To give a portion or the residuary of your estate:

I hereby give, devise and bequeath [all or a specified percentage] of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate to Premier Mobile Health Services Corporation, Tax ID Number: 82-5372657, a nonprofit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of Florida, and with current business address of 10676 Colonial Blvd., Suite 20, Fort Myers, FL 33913, to be used for its general purposes.

BUSINESS/CORPORATE DONATIONS 

Support from the business community can be a significant part of helping Premier Mobile Health Services. Contributions can come in many forms such as monetary, goods or services, or public awareness.   When a company sponsors a program, event or campaign, it sends a favorable message to clients and customers and improves employee morale.  Here are some of the ways for your business to contribute:

  • Your company can promote our cause to your employees, provide a monthly or periodic pledge, or conduct a gift drive, gently used clothing drive, school supply drive or non-perishable food drive to support our various events. 
  • We can accept donated equipment, supplies or employee expertise toward helping the us serve more patients in the community.  
  • Your company can create a matching program from the funds raised by your employees. 
  • Your company can underwrite a program or fund in your company’s name
  • We always need volunteers at our special events and fundraisers.
