Premier Mobile Health Services’ mission is to provide access to quality healthcare services to the medically vulnerable and those who are most at risk of developing and experiencing long-term illnesses and hospitalization.
We provide quality healthcare services to underserved and underinsured individuals of all races, ethnicities, religions, and lifestyles without stigma, prejudice, or borders.
Premier Mobile is your #1 source for primary care, disease prevention, and health advocacy. Our medical team will create a personalized health plan with you to achieve optimal health outcomes. You are at the center of our care.
Our medical providers work with you individually to assess your overall health by screening for diabetes, hypertension, and other chronic and progressive diseases. Our goal is to improve your quality of life, achieve your wellness goals and bring healing and longevity.
Premier Mobile Health Services is approved by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(C)3 tax-exempt organization.
Patients without health insurance and who can provide proof of income below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines pay nothing for care. Patients who do not meet the income guidelines are provided care at a significantly reduced rate.
We also accept Medicare, Medicaid and many insurance plans. Please call the office to discuss your situation.
