Nadine (Deanie) Singh, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC
Founder and CEO
Nadine holds a Doctorate in Nursing and she takes great pride in her primary care clinical expertise. She has over twenty years of nursing experience. She is skilled in health promotion, disease prevention, and managing acute and chronic disorders and diseases. She is motivated to encourage and challenge patients into wellness through healthy eating choices and fitness. Deanie provides invaluable services including managing a patient’s overall care by prescribing medications and treatments; ordering, conducting, and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as x-rays, EKG’s and lab work; diagnosing and treating chronic and acute conditions, including injuries, infections, diabetes, and high blood pressure. She has also contributed to the healthcare industry in other ways, as a consultant, researcher and patients advocate for families, individuals, groups, and communities. She also serves as an educator of future medical professionals in her role as Preceptor to multiple Nurse Practitioner students. Deanie advocates for the underserved and underinsured as a member of the Lee County Homeless Coalition, the Mobile Healthcare Association, the Lee County Nurse Practitioner Association, and as a Board Member of Zeal Technical Institute. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics.
Mary Anne Farris, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Farris earned an undergraduate degree in biology from Kent State in Ohio in 2001. She attended medical school at Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara and graduated in 2010. She did her pre-internship program at New York Medical College in 2011. In 2015, she graduated from Family Practice Residency at St. Elizabeth Family Health Center in Youngstown, Ohio. She worked at Physicians Regional Outpatient Medicine until 2018, then as a hospitalist at Physician’s Regional Medical Center and Naples Community Hospital until 2020. In 2021 she opened Naples Direct Medical and continues to work as hospitalist. She holds multiple medical directorships and has been a team physician for the Florida Everblades professional hockey team.
Candice Richards, Program Manager
Candice has over 13 years of planning and organizational experience at the National Land Agency in Jamaica. She started her career with Premier Mobile Health Services on our first Mobile Medical Clinic. Since then, she has been instrumental in helping to open, organize, and manage the day-to-day operations of our Walk-In Clinic.
Candice has a Supervisory Management Certificate from the Management Institute for National Development. She holds an Associate degree in Business Studies from Excelsior Community College and a Diploma in Paralegal Studies from the Paralegal Training Institute. At Quality Innovators Limited, Candice studied CXC, English Language, Principles of Accounting, Principles of Business, Social Studies, and Office Procedures.
She is currently studying for her Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) degree and has earned a Nursing Assistant Certificate. She also holds certifications in FDOH Sure Check, INSTI, OraQuick Rapid HIV.HCV Testing, FDOH Virtual 501 Prevention Counseling, Testing and Linkage.
Liliana Novo , Practice Manager
Liliana brings a wealth of business and organizational experience to Premier Mobile Health Services. She has been instrumental in creating effective systems and processes for the efficient operation of both our Walk-In Clinic and our Mobile Clinics.
She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish which serves as a huge asset to our Hispanic patients.
Her experience ranges from customer relations, accounting and billing, human resources, inventory, insurance management, logistics and computer software systems. In addition, since 2008 she has been the Owner/Training and Event’s Coordinator for NovoArms in Miami Florida.
Kevin Anderson , Board Chair
Kevin B. Anderson was sworn in as the 62nd Mayor of Fort Myers on November 16, 2020, after serving as Ward 4 councilperson for the previous two years. Mayor Anderson retired from Chico’s FAS, Inc. in June 2019 after 15 years. Prior to joining Chico’s, Anderson had a more than 24-year career with the Fort Myers Police Department, holding the rank of Major at retirement. He was one of the first officers assigned to the School Resource Officer program, established the Habitual Juvenile Offender Unit and introduced the Citizen Police Academy and Citizens on Patrol
programs.
Mayor Anderson is a graduate of Edison Community College, Florida Gulf Coast University and the University of Louisville Southern Police Institute. An active community member with a long history of community involvement, Anderson has been a resident of Fort Myers since 1979, serving on numerous boards and coalitions in Southwest Florida. He also served three years in the United States Army.
Anderson was an appointee to the Children’s Services Council of Lee County by Governor Chiles and served on the Board of Directors for the Southwest Florida Safety Council, the Board of Directors for the Coalition for Drug Free Southwest Florida and the Lee County Chapter of the American Red Cross. He was the inaugural chair of the State of Florida Juvenile Justice Standards and Training Commission and is a past president of the Edison Festival of Light.
While on city council, Anderson was Vice Chair of the Community Redevelopment Agency Board and was the council liaison to the Citizens Police Review Board, the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board, Historic Preservation Commission and the Public Art Committee.
Currently Mayor Anderson serves as the chair of the Premier Mobile Health Services Board of Directors, the advisory board of the Horizon Council, the Board of Directors for Barbara’s Friends, the United Way of Lee, Hendry, Glades and Counties, Lee Public Schools Foundation, as well as serving as a mentor for the Foundation’s Take Stock in Children program.
Mayor Anderson serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida League of Mayors, the Florida League of Mayors Veteran Affairs Committee, is a member of both the Florida League of Cities and
the Southwest Florida Leagues of Cities and is a member of the Hurricane Ian Recovery Task Force.
Mayor Anderson has been recognized as Lee Pitts Live 2022 “Person of the Year” for Diversity and Inclusion Leadership, The United States Conference of Mayors Small Business Advocate, The 2023 Lideres “Amigo”Award, and the 2024 Florida Gulf Coast University Alumnus of Distinction.
Dr. Emmanual Magara, Board Vice-Chair
Emmanuel Magara MD is an accomplished physician and radiologist specializing in diagnostic radiology with a focus on cancer and breast imaging. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry with honors from Oberlin College in 2011 and went on to earn his medical degree from Harvard Medical School in 2016 as a member of the Peabody Society.
Dr. Magara completed his medical residency training at some of the most highly regarded institutions in the country, including a Breast Imaging Fellowship at the Harvard-affiliated Massachusetts General Hospital, a Diagnostic Radiology Residency at the University of Pennsylvania, and a General Surgery Preliminary Internship at Mount Sinai St Luke’s-Roosevelt.
Currently serving as an Attending Staff Radiologist with Lee Health, Dr. Magara is responsible for breast imaging interpretations and procedures at some of Lee Health’s outpatient imaging centers. He interprets screening and diagnostic mammograms, breast ultrasounds, and MRIs and also performs breast imaging procedures such as stereotactic core, ultrasound, and MRI biopsies and preoperative localizations. Dr Magara often leads radiology discussions at a weekly breast multidisciplinary clinic with surgeons, radiation and medical oncologists.
Dr. Magara’s exceptional care and dedication to his patients have not gone unnoticed, having been awarded the Patient Spirit of Lee Award for patient care twice. He is excited to be promoting the health and wellbeing of Lee County residents by serving as the Vice Chair of the Premier Mobile board of directors.
June Peters-Brown, RN Board Secretary
June is a dedicated registered nurse with a master’s degree in nursing education, currently serving as a Mary Kay Pink Cadillac Senior Sales Director. With a proven track record of success, June has led her unit to the prestigious Half Million Dollar Unit Club. Her passion for helping others succeed and achieve their goals shines through in her positive, faith-driven approach to life. As a leader and mentor, she is committed to making a difference in the lives of those around her. Her unparalleled strategic thinking helps us in driving our mission forward and making a significant impact in our community.
Roycer Delgado | MBA, WMCP, Board Member
Financial Advisor
Roycer (Roy) was born in Cuba in 1985 and migrated to the United States in 1995 at the age of 13. His mother, father, and little brother crossed the Atlantic in a 27-foot boat with 17 other people. He always likes to say that his family gained their independence on July 4th 1999. He is married to his wonderful wife Rosali and has two amazing boys Royce and Rey Luis. They enjoy fishing and traveling whenever possible. Over the last nine years he has grown a financial services practice at Northwestern Mutual and enjoys helping others achieve their best possible financial life. Over the last five years he as been fortunate to serve in the Premier Mobile board. He looks forward to continuing to serve and help others.
Amy Pinter, RN Board Member
Amy Pinter grew up in St. Charles Missouri and attended Missouri Baptist School of Nursing, beginning her career as a registered nurse in 1996 and relocating to Southwest Florida in 1998. After spending time working bedside in a medical surgical unit, then in utilization management, she found her passion working with and on behalf of people living with HIV/AIDS. She has been employed with the AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) since 2000, initially as a nurse care manager in the disease management program, then moving into a lead care manager role and subsequently into her current position as regional director/compliance manager.
Amy served as the chairperson for the Lee County World AIDS Day Planning Committee for 3 years and in that role, was introduced to Premier Mobile at the Worlds AIDS Day event in 2018 and has been a dedicated supporter ever since; joining the Premier Board of Directors in 2019. That same year, she received a Lee Pitts Live Health Educator of the Year award.
Amy enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband of 24 years, Christopher. They live in Cape Coral with their 2 three-legged rescue cats.
Karen Krieger, Director of Community Affairs, Lee Health
Karen was the Director of Community Affairs, and was employed 35 years by the Lee Health. Karen retired in February, 2024.
Karen worked with colleagues in Community Affairs, the Lee Health Outreach Team, and Community Partners deploying health fairs and clinics to provide health education, screenings, assessments, and scheduling of physician appointments. The Barbershop Wellness Program and the Neighborhood Liaison Program are a couple of wellness initiatives you may recognize. She was also instrumental in the partnership between Premier Mobile Health Services and Lee Health.
Karen began her role with Lee Health in Public Relations as a PR Specialist and served as one of the first Patient Representatives; then Press and Public Affairs as System Director and Spokesperson, before directing Community Affairs with a focus on Community Benefit Outreach in areas of need.
Karen’s strengths are realized in the joy of collaboration with community partners to improve the health of residents and visitors in SW Florida. As a dedicated Board Member for many years, she has introduced Premier to many different community partners and volunteer groups.
She is a fifth-generation native of Lee County. She has 3 adult children and 2 granddaughters. She and her husband Jerry are often at local events and health activities.
Diane Spears, RN Nursing Director, Lee Health, Board Treasurer
Diane Spears is a Registered Nurse and Director of Nursing at Lee Health where she has been employed more than 50 years. Diane’s education includes the following: Bachelor Science in Nursing, Bachelor Professional Studies, Health Service Administration, Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development and Management and Master’s Degree in Theology. She is married to Clinton Spears and they have three children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Becoming a nurse was an accomplishment she achieved many years ago without realizing the true implications this career choice would have on her life. Nursing has helped her to grow in ways she could never have dreamed. Had she taken any other path in life, no matter how financially successful, it is her belief she would not have developed her current level of self-realization and personal satisfaction. Nursing has allowed her to travel through varies avenues that have led to many successes and culminating love for her community and Africa.
Early in Diane’s nursing career she recognized the health disparities that exist amongst African Americans and others in low socioeconomic communities.
Feeling the weight of this painful realization, she had to decide whether to take the low road of “suffering in silence” or take the high road to “do something about it.” This was the start of her efforts to educate and provide health screening for her community. Diane has been instrumental in creating community programs for health education and screening, prostate screening, hypertension, living with diabetes and confidence education for girls. Diane has been a valued member of our Board for many years and her passion to bring wellness to her community has opened many doors for us to fulfill our mission.
